Information regarding the visa requirements for those wishing to travel to Pakistan is listed below. However, visa regulations and fee are subject to change and should always be double-checked with the Consular Section of the Embassy of Pakistan before travelling. Since the visa policy is being monitored by the authorities in Pakistan, therefore, the instructions provided by the Embassy are subject to change without any prior notification.
Visa for the citizens of the Republic of Manila Philippines:
1. Diplomatic and Official passports:
Holders of Diplomatic and Official Passports of the Republic of Manila Philippines do not require visas for visits and stay in Pakistan for up to one month.
2. Normal passports:
Holders of normal passports of Manila Philippines require an entry visa to visit Pakistan.

A: Standard Requirements
- Proof of legal residence permit in the Philippines (ACR & ICR/study visa/ work visa) (For Non-Filipinos)
- Parent Consent Form for applicants below 18 years of age (duly signed by parents and notarized along with copies of parent’ signature-containing IDs)
- Flight Itinerary reservation
- Copies of previous Pakistani Visas (if any)
Visit/ Tourist Visa
- Proof of legal residence permit in the Philippines (ACR & ICR/study visa/ work visa) (For Non-Filipinos)
- Parent Consent Form for applicants below 18 years of age (duly signed by parents and notarized along with copies of parent’ signature-containing IDs)
- Flight Itinerary reservation

- Photocopy of sponsor’s passport & NIC

- Hotel booking (in case applicant is going to stay in a hotel/ has no sponsor in Pakistan
- NBI clearance authenticated (for Filipino nationals) by Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA)
Work Visa
After approval of the Federal Cabinet the Pakistan Missions abroad have been authorized to issue work visa (single entry) up to 3 months which will be extended in Pakistan up to 2 year. Pakistan Missions abroad will receive and approve entry work visa within stipulated time of 48 hours without delay.

Family Visa
Requirements for Family Visit Visa (given to spouses and children of Pakistan nationals)
- NSO Marriage Certificate of applicant spouse (photocopy)
- NSO Birth Certificate of applicant children (photocopy)
- Photocopy of passport & NIC of Pakistani spouse/ parent
- Invitation/ recommendation letter by Pakistani spouse/parent
- NBI clearance authenticated by Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA)
- Parent Consent Form for applicants below 18 years of age (duly signed by parents and notarized along with copies of parent’ signature-containing IDs)
Business Visa
- Invitation letter from Business Company in Pakistan
- Certificate of its membership with a Chamber of Commerce & Industry in Pakistan
- Recommendation letter from that Chamber of Commerce & Industry
- Letter of request & Certificate of Employment from the applicant’s firm
- Certificate of registration of applicant’s firm with local Security & Exchange Commission (SEC)
- Bank Statement
- NBI clearance authenticated by Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) for Filipino nationals only
UN/International Organization (IO) Visa
- Duly signed by Country Head of the inviting UN Agency/ International Organization in Pakistan.
- Note Verbale from sponsoring UN agency/ IO explaining the purpose and duration of visit, position of the applicant in the organization etc.

Training/Workshop/Conference/Seminar/Short Missionary Visit Visa
- Invitation letter from organizer institute in Pakistan
- Certificate of its registration in Pakistan
- Letter of request & Certificate of Employment from the applicant’s institute in the Philippines
- Certificate of registration of applicant’s institute with Philippine Security & Exchange Commission (SEC)
- Bank Statement
- NBI clearance authenticated by Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs(DFA)
NGO Visa
- Invitation letter from inviting NGO in Pakistan
- Copy of MoU of its registration with Ministry of Interior/ Economic Affair Division of Pakistan
- Letter of request & Certificate of Employment from the applicant’s institute/ NGO in the Philippines
- Certificate of registration of applicant’s institute/ NGO in the Philippines
- Bank Statement
- NBI clearance authenticated by Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA)
Journalist Visa

Seaman Visa
- Invitation letter from Pakistan
- Letter of request and Certificate of employment from the applicant’s firm

Study Visa
- A printed copy of visa application duly signed
- Copies of Passport and Identity Card
- Two recent passport size photographs
- Admission letter from the academic institution/university in Pakistan
- Letter from Higher Education Commission of Pakistan
- Evidence of financial support for studies in Pakistan
- In the case of religious studies, a recommendation letter from the Agency of Religious Affairs is required.
Please note that a student visa needs confirmation from Islamabad and hence process takes a minimum of about 3-4 weeks
Visa Application by Nationals of Other Countries:
Nationals of other countries visiting Manila Philippines (as visitors, tourists) are advised to apply for a visa at the Pakistani Embassy in their country of residence or the Pakistani Embassy concurrently accredited to their country.
APPLICANT CAN APPLY FROM 3RD COUNTRY FOR SHORT TERM TOURIST VISA AND TOURIST VISA ON ARRIVAL (E-VISA ONLY).

- Please note that this Mission does not process visa application(s) through an agent/travel agency or middlemen. Only applicant(s) himself/herself is entitled to ascertain the status of his/her visa directly from the Consular section. No applicant or agent should call or contact the “consular staff” of this Mission. Queries could be made via email of this Mission i.e. Parepmanila@mofa.gov.pk
- Contact numbers of the Ambassador and Consular Officer are also displayed on the website in cases of extreme urgencies or unavoidable queries by the applicants.
- In the case of language problems, this Mission’s interpreter is available to assist the applicant(s) during the working hours.
- Visa will only be issued after due satisfaction by the Consular officer and fulfillment of all required documents which may include a personal interview with the Consular Officer wherever deemed appropriate by the Mission.
