Amb. Dr. Imtiaz A. Kazi inaugurated the Quezon City Halal Trade Fair alongwith Minister of Trade n Ind. Hon. Alfredo Pascual, Joy Belmont Madam Mayor of QC and ASEAN Ambassadors from Indonesia, Malaysia and Brunei on 24 April at City Hall Quezon City Metro Manila. Pakistani restauranteer Mr Bilal Dar also had a Halal Stall which was a centre of attraction for the Fair Visitors.
