On the occasion of Independence Day of the Philippines (12 June 2024), Ambassador Imtiaz A. Kazi was invited alongwith other ambassadors for Flag Hoisting Ceremony by the President at the Rizal National Monument Manila. Ambassador Kazi thanked the President for i). Grant of 5 years Residence Permit to the Pakistani Nationals married to the Filipino spouses. ii). President’s Ex Order of 6 june 2024 to reduce import duties on Pak. Rice further from 35% to 15% iii). Ambassador also thanked the President for his personal warm letter sent to him on his birthday in March this year. Great opportunity to also thank the Phil Fgn Minister for his vigorous support to our mutifarious trade n community related endeavours.
